Job summary

Momentum Consulting is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team in Sydney. The role focuses on high-reach forklift operation, picking and packing orders, palletising stock, and efficient receiving/dispatch tasks.

Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a supportive team. The position runs Monday to Friday with an immediate commencement option and a strong path toward a permanent role for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven forklift experience (highly advantageous).
• Ability to operate high-reach forklifts safely.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• Comfort with repetitive lifting and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-reach forklift to pick and pack orders.
• Palletise stock for storage and dispatch.
• Receive and dispatch goods to correct locations.
• Perform putaways and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock control.
• Ensure items are handled with care and attention to detail.

About the role

This client is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to start ASAP!

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• High reach forklift operator
• Picking & packing orders
• Palletising stock
• Receiving/Dispatch
• Putaways
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Strong attention to detail - handling items with care

To be successful, you will possess the following:

• As this role is 5 days/week Monday to Friday, only candidates with unlimited work rights will be short-listed.
• Proven Forklift experience (highly advantageous).
• Attention to detail and care for products.
• Must be physically fit and accustomed to repetitive lifting.
• Strong work ethic - we are looking for reliability, punctuality and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
