Momentum Consulting is partnering with a leading healthcare and pharmaceutical supply chain to recruit LF/LO Forklift Operators for their Horsley Park site. You will join a large-scale warehouse, focus on safety, accuracy and productivity while supporting multiple clients.

The role requires valid LF and LO licences, 2–3+ years of forklift experience, and full working rights in Australia. Shifts run 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm with opportunities for overtime and a path to permanent employment.

• Collaborating with receiving and dispatch teams to maintain workflow.
• Ensuring operations are completed safely and accurately.

Horsley Park, NSW

• 8:00am - 4:00pm
• 9:00am - 5:00pm

The Role

As an LF/LO Forklift Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently. You'll be responsible for handling stock across multiple clients while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity.

Your duties will include:

• Picking and packing orders using RF scanners, including full pallet picks
• Operating Counterbalance forklifts to load and unload trucks
• Operating High Reach forklifts to replenish, rotate and put away stock
• Operating Turret (LO) forklifts for bulk stock handling
• Working closely with receiving and dispatch teams to maintain an efficient workflow
• Ensuring warehouse operations are completed safely and accurately

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Valid LF & LO forklift licences - both are essential
• 2-3+ years' experience operating Counterbalance, High Reach and Turret/LO forklifts
• A strong work ethic and proactive can-do attitude
• The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Full working rights in Australia
