Job summary

Wickham Freight Lines is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator - All rounder to join our team at the WFL Sydney Terminal, located in Arndell Park. This is a permanent, full-time position with a start time of 9am Monday to Friday (weekend overtime).

Duties will include load/unload trucks with forklift operation, liaise with the logistics team regarding paperwork, ensure loads are properly restrained, and perform trailer movements including reversing onto docks, all while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Hands-on attitude with a can-do approach.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a team.
• Adhere to workplace safety requirements and PPE usage.
• Willingness to undertake Drug and Alcohol testing.
• Flexibility with working hours including potential weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Trailer movements including reversing trailers onto docks on occasion
• Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment

• Ability to follow instructions to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Adhere to workplace safety requirements and use PPE correctly at all times
• Ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines
