Job summary

Frontline Human Resources is seeking reliable Forklift Operators to join Australia's leading wine production facilities on ongoing casual roles. Rotating roster includes day, afternoon and night shifts with competitive hourly rates and penalties.

Forklift Operators | Ongoing Opportunities | Rotating Shifts

Frontline Human Resources is currently seeking reliable and motivated Forklift Operators to join the team at one of Australia's leading wine production facilities. If you're looking for ongoing work, great pay rates, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Working Hours

• Operations run Sunday- Saturday
• Rotating roster across:
  • Day Shift: 7:00am
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm
  • Night Shift: 11:00pm

Pay Rates

• Day Shift: $37+ per hour
• Afternoon Shift: $44 per hour
• Night Shift: $45 per hour
• Plus applicable penalties and allowances

Key Responsibilities

• Operating packaging and production machinery
• Packing, labelling, quality checking and palletising finished products
• Operating forklifts to load, unload and move stock safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Working as part of a high-performing production team

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, food or beverage environment
• A current Forklift Licence (LF) is a Must with previous experiance
• The ability to work across rotating day, afternoon and night shifts
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability
• The ability to perform manual handling tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and strong team focus
