Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a high-volume beverage manufacturing site in Stapylton, QLD. This full-time role involves feeding materials to lines, clearing pallets, and loading trucks, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

You will operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts, using RF scanners to maintain inventory precision. A stable, rotational day/night roster is provided, with regular overtime opportunities.

Your Key Role Responsibilities:

• Production Support: Feeding raw materials (preforms, caps, packaging) to the lines to prevent downtime.
• Finished Goods: Efficiently clearing the pallets and loading trucks for dispatch.
• Inventory Accuracy: Using RF scanners to ensure every pallet is accounted for.
• Forklift operation - counterbalance and high reach (training and support offered)
• Safety Leadership: Maintaining a "safety first, speed second" mindset in a busy warehouse.
