KB Seafood Co is Australia's largest seafood company, employing over 300 people across the country. We are seeking a Forklift Operator at our Morningside factory to join a dynamic team in a full-time, permanent role with early start and finish.

The ideal candidate will operate forklifts, load/unload trucks, and maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to safe food handling procedures. A reliable team player with strong numeracy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and loading/unloading trucks
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and follow procedures
• Comfort with manual handling and working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load/unload trucks, pallets and containers
• Record, scan or tag materials to maintain inventory accuracy
• Perform manual handling as required
• Follow safety procedures including safe food handling practices

About The Role

We are currently seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dynamic and diverse Team at our Morningside factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Forklift operations and loading/unloading trucks, pallets, and containers
• Maintain accurate inventory handling by scanning, recording, or tagging materials as required
• Manual handling, when required
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures including safe food handling practices
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
