Job summary

Symmetry Human Resources Group is sourcing a Forklift Operator / Machine Operator for a well-established manufacturing site in Carole Park, QLD. This hands-on role blends machine work with forklift driving on a steady afternoon and night shift with long-term potential.

You will operate production machinery and drive a counterbalance forklift, moving materials and loading lines while keeping the workflow moving. Overtime is available and a permanent position may follow.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift licence is essential.
• Comfortable with physical hands-on work.
• Willing to work afternoon/night shift.
• Own transport and full working rights in Australia.
• Able to commit to full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (approx. 70% of shift).
• Drive a counterbalance forklift (approx. 30%).
• Move recycled materials to and from machines.
• Load materials into production lines.
• Transport finished plastic pallets.
• Assist with general production and keep workflow moving.
