Job summary

APG Workforce is seeking experienced Forklift Drivers for Pendle Hill, NSW, to operate in a busy warehouse and coolroom environment. You will move and store stock safely, pick and replenish orders, and prepare shipments for dispatch while maintaining strict biosecurity and safety standards.

Shifts start at 5:00 am or 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with the potential to transition into permanent employment. A current LF forklift licence and proven high-reach/counterbalance forklift experience are

Qualifications

• LF forklift licence required
• Proven experience with high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
• RF scanning experience required
• EPJ experience required
• Coolroom experience beneficial
• Comfort in -18°C freezer environments
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable, Monday–Friday availability

• $39.44 per hour
• Monday to Friday roster
• Available shifts: 5:00 am or 1:00 pm start
• Opportunity to transition into permanent employment
• Ongoing work with consistent hours

The Role

• Operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Picking and replenishing stock using RF scanners
• Operating electric ride-on pallet jacks (EPJ)
• Moving and storing stock safely and efficiently
• Preparing orders for dispatch and deliveries
• Maintaining workplace safety and biosecurity standards

What We’re Looking For

• Current LF forklift licence
• Proven high-reach and counterbalance forklift experience
• Previous RF scanning experience
• Previous electric ride-on pallet jack (EPJ) experience
• Previous coolroom experience
• Previous freezer experience and confidence working in temperatures as low as -18°C
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and available for a Monday to Friday roster
