Job summary

JBS Australia is seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join the Dinmore facility in a full-time role across multiple shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night). You will operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, load/unload materiel, and move stock while maintaining records and upholding safety standards.

Ideally you will have prior forklift experience, including High Reach or Counterbalance, and be able to work a rotating schedule. A commitment to WHS and QA programs is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics or industrial environments.
• High Reach and/or Counterbalance forklift experience.
• Experience in a temperature-controlled environment (chiller/freezer) is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety and training programs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced facility.
• Load and unload trucks and containers and transport stock throughout site.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and conduct routine inspections.
• Identify hazards and report to supervisors; support WHS and QA programs.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

Forklift Drivers - Multiple Shift Options Available!

JBS Australis is currently recruiting experienced Forklift Drivers to join our team at JBS Dinmore. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting daily production by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products and materials throughout our processing facility.

In this role, you will safely and efficiently operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced environment, load and unload trucks and containers, transport stock and materials throughout the site, and maintain accurate records of stock movements. You will conduct routine equipment inspections, identify and report hazards and work closely with warehouse, logistics and production teams to ensure smooth daily operations. A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and quality standards is essential at all times.

Available Shifts

Our positions are full-time, operating Monday to Friday across multiple shifts to support continuous production, so successful candidates must be flexible and available to work any shift as required.

Day Shift

5am - 3pm

Rotational roster

10-hour shifts with one rostered day off each week

Afternoon Shift

3pm - 1am

Rotational roster

10-hour shifts with one rostered day off each week

Night Shift

10pm - 6am

8-hour shifts

About You

Previous forklift operating experience within warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments

High Reach and/or Counterbalance forklift experience

Experience working in a temperature-controlled environment (chiller/freezer) is advantageous

A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

The ability to contribute to our established WHS, Quality Assurance, and Training programs

Strong communication and teamwork skills

The ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Willingness to receive a Q Fever vaccination
