Job summary

Randstad in Pemulwuy, NSW is seeking a skilled despatch and warehouse operator for a permanent, full-time role. You will work in a temperature-controlled facility, handling order picking, stock staging, and outbound shipments using SAP and RF scanning.

The role requires forklift experience (counterbalance and high-reach) and a Dangerous Goods licence or safe handling experience. You will manage PGI, coordinate with freight carriers, and perform manual handling up to 20 kg while upholding safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of counterbalance/high-reach forklift operation.
• Experience with SAP and RF scanning systems.
• Dangerous Goods licence or experience handling dangerous goods is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders in temperature-controlled environments using RF scanning.
• Operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts safely to stock.
• Process PGI operations in SAP.
• Handle, prepare and dispatch dangerous goods per safety standards.
• Book outbound shipments with contracted freight carriers.
• Perform manual handling up to 20 kg when required.

Duties

• Pick customer orders accurately in temperature-controlled environments using RF scanning equipment.
• Operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts safely to handle and stage stock.
• Process Post Goods Issue (PGI) operations utilizing SAP software.
• Handle, prepare, and dispatch Dangerous Goods in accordance with safety standards.
• Book and manage outbound shipments via contracted freight carriers (e.g., TGE, DHL, Mainfreight).
• Perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting up to 20kg when required.

Skills & Experience

• Counterbalance & High-Reach Forklifts (5+ years of operational experience)
• Demonstrated experience using SAP software and RF scanning equipment.
• Valid Dangerous Goods licence or experience handling dangerous goods (desirable).
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and digital literacy in MS Office and Google platforms.
• Solid understanding of WH&S principles, ability to work independently or in a team, and full Australian work rights.
