Qualifications

• Current LF High Risk Forklift Licence.
• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Cold storage experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and/or high reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Put-away and replenish stock.
• Order picking and inventory movements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Complete equipment safety checks.
• Follow safe work procedures and report hazards.
• Support a positive team culture and keep the warehouse clean and organized.

About the Role

As a Forklift Driver, you'll play an important role in the safe and efficient movement, storage and dispatch of customer products within our cold storage facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating counterbalance and/or high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Put-away and replenishment of stock
• Order picking and inventory movements
• Maintaining inventory accuracy
• Completing equipment safety checks
• Following safe work procedures and reporting hazards
• Supporting a positive team culture and helping maintain a clean and organised warehouse

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Current LF High Risk Forklift Licence
• Demonstrated forklift operating experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
• High reach experience (highly regarded)
• Previous cold storage experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a respectful workplace culture
