Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver for a Kenwick, WA warehouse role. The position offers a day shift (9:00am–5:00pm), Monday to Friday, with immediate start subject to clearances and paperwork.

Ongoing hours and a pathway to permanent placement are available within a safety‑driven team. You will operate Hyster High Reach forklifts up to 8–10+ metres, perform accurate picking/packing, and support loading/unloading and stock movements.

Qualifications

• LF Forklift Licence is required.
• Minimum 6 months continuous experience operating High Reach Forklifts.
• Proven ability to operate at heights of 8+ metres and maintain accuracy in picking/packing.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hyster High Reach forklifts at heights of 8-10+ metres.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Load and unload trucks and containers; stock replenishment.
• Putaways and retrievals from high racking; manual handling up to 20kg.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse; work collaboratively to meet targets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current LF Forklift Licence
• Minimum 6 months continuous experience operating High Reach Forklifts
• Proven experience working at heights of 8+ metres
• Strong warehouse and pick-packing experience
• A safety-first approach to work
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to perform manual handling duties when required
• Reliable transport and excellent attendance record
• Ability to pass a Police Clearance and Drug & Alcohol Screen
• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted Australian working rights
