Job summary

Refresco is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our afternoon shift at the Bundamba manufacturing and logistics site. You will operate forklifts, support loading, and move product safely throughout the site while working closely with your team to meet daily operational requirements.

The role requires a current forklift licence and proven operating experience, with preference for food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current forklift licence and demonstrated operating experience.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Hands-on attitude with a safety-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts across warehouse and manufacturing areas.
• Assist loading, unloading and movement of finished goods.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our afternoon shift team at our Bundamba manufacturing and logistics site.

Working as part of our warehouse and logisitics team, you’ll play an important role in keeping our warehouse operations moving safely and efficiently. You’ll operate forklifts, support loading, and move product safely throughout our site, while working closely with your team to meet daily operational requirements.

Your new role will include:

• Safe operation of forklifts across the warehouse and manufacturing environment
• Support loading, unloading, and movement of finished goods
• Must be physically fit and healthy
• Actively contributing to output targets and contribution to overall company goals
• Contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient workplace

About You:

• A current forklift forklift licence and demonstrated operating experience
• Previous experience operating equipment within food manufacturing is highly desirable
• Hands on attitude
• Ability to make FAST objective decisions based on facts and data
• Motivated individual who is relaible and shows a willingness to learn and develop
