Job summary

Blackwoods is hiring a Store Person to support warehouse operations in Orange, NSW. This hands‑on role focuses on receiving, stock control, picking and dispatching orders, and safe forklift usage.

You will assist with counter sales when required and maintain accurate records while upholding health and safety standards. Immediate start available for the right candidate with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or storeperson experience preferred.
• Current Forklift Licence (LF) is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• A high level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock.
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately.
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records.
• Assisting with counter sales and providing customer service.
• Keeping warehouse and store areas clean, organised and safe.
• Following workplace health and safety policies at all times.
