Job summary

Bowens in Australia is seeking a warehouse team member to pick, pack and dispatch timber and hardware orders across our store network. You will be part of a growing Australian owned business that values safety, teamwork and continuous development.

You will operate a forklift, assist with stock control and general duties, comply with OH&S and Bowens policies, and contribute to fast, accurate order fulfilment while enjoying on‑site parking, staff discounts and annual pay increases.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required.
• MR licence advantageous.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment to meet high supply demands.
• Capable of undertaking physical tasks safely.
• Positive work ethic and can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing timber and hardware orders
• Assisting with general warehouse duties eg. stock control, cleaning
• Operating a forklift to access stock required to complete orders
• Follow OH&S requirements and Bowens Policies
• Forklift loading / unloading trucks when required
