Job summary

Chanel, Inc. is seeking a Store Person to join the Distribution Center in Horsley Park. You will receive, pick, pack and dispatch stock to point of sale locations, ensuring timely delivery and stock accuracy.

This role requires forklift operation, RF picking, and experience with automated systems within a large warehouse. The successful candidate will manage inventory processes, perform cycle counts and investigate variances, while using WMS and other inventory tools to support efficient order

Qualifications

• Forklift license and RF picking experience.
• 2+ years in a large warehouse environment.
• Experience operating, monitoring and troubleshooting automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Unloading and loading containers and local deliveries with material handling equipment.
• Sort and receive cartons, verify against documentation.
• Quality checking inbound items to ensure sellable quality.
• Regulatory re-work including updating product documentation.
• Place products on shelves and bulk storage, using equipment.
• Replenish stock to pick-face locations using equipment.
• Manage inventory system activities: cycle counts and stock adjustments.
• Perform stock reconciliations, investigate variances and escalate.
• Use warehouse systems to support accuracy, fulfilment and productivity.
• Identify and troubleshoot automation or inventory issues and coordinate recovery.
• Pick orders from pick-face and bulk locations using MHE.
• Prepare orders for dispatch: pick, pack, seal, palletise.
• Load outbound orders onto trucks or containers with equipment.
