Job summary

Mr Fothergill's Seeds Pty Ltd in Sydney's North-West region is seeking a dependable Warehouse Assistant to join a fast-paced team. You will replenish picking bays, receive goods, and dispatch stock while maintaining accurate records.

You must be physically fit and hold a forklift licence; a valid driver’s licence is also preferred. The role involves loading/unloading via forklift, storing materials, keeping the warehouse floor clean, and assisting with packing for third-party requirements.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Forklift licence required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Replenish picking bays from bulk warehouse.
• Receive goods delivered to warehouse, checking delivery dockets.
• Load and unload via forklift.
• Unpack and store deliveries of finished goods and raw materials.
• Manage stock rotation of product in storage.
• Dispatch point of sales items and display stands.
• Assist machine operators by ensuring adequate raw materials.
• Keep warehouse floor free of obstructions and clean.
• Prepare raw materials for third-party packing.
• Ensure stock is located, rotated and clearly marked.
• General warehouse maintenance.
• Other ad hoc duties.
