Job summary

HR4Business in Geelong is seeking a Forest Sustainability Coordinator to oversee forest management systems, ensure Responsible Wood and FSC certification, and drive operational excellence.

You will coordinate audits, maintain certification accounts, report on environmental performance, train staff, and engage with regulators and industry groups to advance sustainable forestry across the business.

Based in Geelong and reporting to the General Manager Sustainability, you will coordinate the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of forest management systems that maintain Responsible Wood and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification while supporting operational excellence and sustainable business outcomes.
