The role delivers specialist mental health nursing care, therapeutic engagement and recovery-focused practice within multidisciplinary teams. Salary ranges from $86,580 p.a.

to $107,520.40 p.a. The ideal candidate will hold AHPRA registration, a Postgraduate Certificate in Mental Health Nursing, and be eligible to work in Australia, with 2+ years' post-registration

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Postgraduate Certificate in Mental Health Nursing (or recognised equivalent).
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Ability to satisfy police and security screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist mental health nursing care within a secure forensic environment.
• Deliver therapeutic engagement and recovery-focused care.
• Assist with risk management and care coordination.
• Rotate through the Early Intervention Support Team (EIST) and support de-escalation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment programs.
