Corrections Victoria is seeking an experienced forensic clinician to join the multidisciplinary team at our Melbourne locations. You will provide evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services for people in custody and in the community, supporting rehabilitation within a correctional context.

The role emphasizes risk- Needs- Responsivity approaches, with opportunities for professional development, supervision, and involvement in national/international forensic work.

Qualifications

• Registration in Australia as a health professional (AHPRA or equivalent)
• Advanced training or experience in forensic settings preferred
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and diverse client groups

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based forensic interventions in a corrective environment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including risk assessments.
• Develop person-centred rehabilitation pathways and treatment plans.
• Prepare treatment and risk assessment reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel to correctional facilities as required.
