Job summary

Bluestone in Sydney’s Inner West seeks a Site Supervisor/Foreman to lead critical day-to-day operations on a brand new $400 million residential project. You will work with sub-contractors, drive safety, schedule adherence, and uphold top-quality workmanship on a high-spec development.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in high-detail residential builds, strong leadership, and carpentry background. MS Project proficiency and knowledge of Australian standards are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-spec, high-detail construction projects in Australia.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Experience working in a Tier 2 main contractor or developer / builder is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in construction planning and documentation, including scheduling and safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations day-to-day and ensure safety, programme adherence and high-quality workmanship.

As a Site Supervisor you will manage critical day-to-day operations of the projects. You will work closely with all sub-contractors, and your site team to ensure your site is safe, your program is on track, and your project is of highest quality.
