Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Safety Coordinator for our Eastern Region Construction (ERC) in NSW. You will help embed safety systems and culture across the Garfield Road East Upgrade project, coordinating reporting, inspections and incident investigations to ensure safe delivery on site and in the office.

You’ll work with project teams and leaders to promote continuous safety improvement, maintain compliance, and drive a proactive safety program that protects workers and the community alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety, compliance or coordination in construction or infrastructure environments.
• Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities across site and office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach teams on safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of project safety systems and processes.
• Coordinate safety reporting, inspections, audits and documentation requirements.
• Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions and close-out activities.

To support the successful delivery of this significant project, we're seeking a Safety Coordinator to join our Eastern Region Construction (ERC) business in NSW. This is an important role where you'll help ensure our safety systems, processes and culture are embedded across the project, supporting teams to deliver work safely and responsibly.

Working closely with project teams and operational leaders, you'll play a key role in coordinating safety activities, supporting compliance requirements and promoting continuous improvement across the project.
