Job summary

Cranfield Group is seeking an experienced Leading Hand or Foreman to oversee construction and upgrade works across Newcastle projects in NSW. The contract is temporary for about four to five months, with potential for ongoing work on future projects.

Role involves coordinating trades, supervising construction, conducting pre-starts and toolbox talks, and ensuring safety and schedule adherence on site. Newcastle and Central Coast projects are involved.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Commercial construction or refurbishment experience.
• A current White Card.

• The ability to coordinate multiple trades and priorities
• A current White Card
