Job summary

Football NSW invites applications for a Technical Advisor to support the Club Standards & Benchmarking framework across Junior & Youth Leagues. You will observe clubs, conduct visits, and produce reports to assess development and compliance throughout the season.

The role is an independent contractor with remote work across Australia, with payments at season end based on visits conducted and reports produced. Applicants should hold AFC/FA diplomas and have strong youth football experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in AFC/FA or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of youth development programs.
• Experience in Football NSW environment or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Club visits to support Club Standards & Benchmarking.
• Conduct training and matchday visits to evaluate football development.
• Accurately report findings and identify strengths and opportunities for Clubs and FNSW.
• Create reports as required by Football NSW Technical Department.
