Edge Fit Stanmore seeks a full-time Sports Development Officer to promote sport participation and athlete development in Stanmore, NSW. You will design football-focused development pathways and collaborate with schools, clubs and local stakeholders to deliver structured programs.

• Experience delivering football programs and coaching to diverse participants.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and coordinate structured sport development and participation programs.
• Assess participant development and create progression paths in football and other activities.
• Plan team sessions, workshops, and school-based initiatives.
• Liaise with schools, coaches and community stakeholders to deliver programs.
• Design training to improve skills, conditioning and injury recovery.
• Mentor participants and monitor athlete psychology and performance.
• Recruit, supervise and support program assistants.
