Western Sydney Wanderers FC is seeking two ambitious Strength & Conditioning Coaches to join our Academy Boys and Girls High Performance Program in Rooty Hill. You will plan and deliver strength, power and athletic development sessions, and contribute to player physical profiling.

Experience with GPS-based monitoring, an ASCA accreditation (preferred), and a degree in Exercise & Sport Science or related field are highly regarded. This role offers a pathway within a leading football environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in strength and conditioning for youth players.
• Strong understanding of strength, power, speed and athletic development.
• Experience with GPS-based monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver strength, power and athletic development sessions.
• Deliver field-based physical preparation, speed and conditioning programs.
• Monitor and interpret GPS data to support performance outcomes.
• Assist with weekly periodisation and training load management.
• Conduct player screening, testing and physical profiling.
• Design and implement individual development programs based on player needs.
• Collaborate with football coaches, sports science, medical and performance staff.
• Support rehabilitation and return-to-performance programs where required.
• Maintain the highest professional standards within the Wanderers High Performance environment.
