Job summary

Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) seeks a Senior Strength and Conditioning Coach to design and deliver world-class S&C programs for nationally categorised athletes within QAS High Performance across Brisbane. You will lead and develop a team of S&C Coaches, driving excellence in athlete performance and service delivery.

You will provide leadership, mentoring and professional development, working within a multidisciplinary performance support team and aligning with What It Takes to Win

Qualifications

• Evidence-based strength and conditioning practices.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of coaches.
• Experience delivering high-performance S&C programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver world-class S&C programs for national-level athletes.
• Lead and mentor S&C staff and support professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary performance support teams and stakeholders.
• Liaise with Athletics Australia to identify trends and optimise outcomes.
