Twisted Temptations, a Melbourne-based mobile food business, is seeking a reliable Food Truck All-Rounder to work at markets, festivals and events across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

You will handle food preparation and cooking, EFTPOS and cash handling, and manage setup and pack-down with a focus on food safety. The role offers potential progression to a Team Leader position and requires weekend availability and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

Punctual and reliable attitude.
Friendly and confident under pressure.
Available for weekend work, early starts and occasional evenings.
Driver's licence essential.
Hospitality experience preferred.
Committed to learning the business thoroughly and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

Food preparation and cooking for markets and events.
EFTPOS and cash handling.
Setup and pack-down of the food truck.
Cleaning and food safety compliance.
Managing a food truck setup independently.
Travel to markets across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
