Job summary

St Francis Xavier College in Canberra is seeking a dedicated Food Studies and Fabric Technology Coordinator to lead curriculum and teaching across junior and senior studies. The role supports staff and students, fostering innovative and evidence-based practices in a Catholic education setting.

Qualifications

About the Role

The Food Studies and Fabric Technology Coordinator plays a vital role in the College by providing staff and student support and advice in teaching and learning and creating an environment where teaching and learning are valued. The College is seeking a person who is committed to the vision of the College 'Living the truth, leading with courage, learning for life' and is invested in and will promote the mission of Catholic Education.

The successful applicant will be an experienced educator, will have demonstrated successful experience in curriculum leadership and will possess initiative, integrity and vision. The Coordinator will provide expert leadership in curriculum, teaching and learning in junior and senior studies, utilising best practice in current research, evidence and innovation to meet the needs of all learners. As a member of the Curriculum Leadership team, the Coordinator will report to the Assistant Principals' Curriculum and Innovation and Teaching and Learning, and to the Principal in realising the vision and mission of the College.

Qualifications and Eligibility
