St Vincent's Care Services Maroochydore invites applications for a Food Services Assistant. You will join a friendly, dedicated team supporting residents with meals and service in a 130-bed facility on the Sunshine Coast.

Permanent part-time shifts (07:00–14:00 and/or 14:00–20:00) across Mon–Sun, with emphasis on professionalism, customer service and compliance with food safety standards. Previous catering experience preferred, with willingness to obtain necessary checks.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a similar role assisting in the preparation and serving of meals.
• Ability to set tables, clear dishes and assist with cleaning.
• Genuine customer service and professional presentation.
• Willing to apply for and obtain required checks (Criminal History, NDIS Worker Screening).
• Availability across AM/PM shifts, Mon-Sun.

We are located in the heart of Sunshine Coast, which is within walking distance of restaurants and boutiques alongDuporthAvenue, the Sunshine Plaza shopping centre, theMaroochyRSL, Maroochydore Rotary Park, and theMaroochyRiver. Our 130-bed facilityisa modern, lifestyle-oriented aged care service located in a master-planned community precinct on Queensland’s famed Sunshine Coast.

• Commitment to cover AM (07:00 - 14:00) and/or PM (14:00 - 20:00) shifts. Availability across Monday to Sunday is essential
• Previousexperience in a similar roleassistingin the preparation and serving of meals
• Assistingwith food service duties including setting tables, cleaningdishesand cleaning
• Genuine and professional customer service skills, team player and well presented
• Previousexperience in a similar role, desirable
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene standards
• Willing to apply for a National Coordinated Criminal History Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (willing to apply)
