Job summary

BaptistCare Heritage Manor in Morwell is seeking a Casual Front of House team member to deliver warm meal service and create a cafe-style dining atmosphere for residents in a supported aged care setting.

You’ll join a caring team, assist with light prep, ensure food safety, and help with events. This role values personable, reliable staff with strong communication and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• Availability for shifts across a rotating 7-day roster (mandatory).
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain.

THE ROLE

You’ll help deliver an enjoyable dining experience while working closely with residents and the catering team in a welcoming aged care environment.

• Providing warm, professional meal service in dining rooms and resident rooms

ABOUT YOU

You’re someone who enjoys people, thrives in service, and knows how to make guests feel welcome.

You might come from:

• Restaurant or café front of house
• Events and functions
• Customer service or retail hospitality

What you’ll need:

• Availability for shifts across a rotating 7-day roster (mandatory)
• Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable, team-focused approach
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Proof of working rights in Australia
• Willingness to complete a medical assessment to confirm physical capability for the role
• Hold or be willing to obtain a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
