Responsibilities

• Provide leave coverage for morning, afternoon and late shifts as needed.
• Prepare and present patient meals such as salads, sandwiches and drinks.
• Clean and sanitise patient meal trays, cutlery, crockery and trolleys.
• Prepare workstations including assembling items and stocking consumables.
• Maintain a high standard of food services in accordance with Food Safety Legislation and Food Services Procedures.

About you:

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer service
• Flexibility to work infrequent shifts across early mornings, afternoons and late shifts
• Food Safety Certificate is required for this role
• Ability to undergo a functional pre-employment medical
• Police Clearance, or ability to obtain, is essential
• DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC), or ability to obtain, is essential
• Evidence of immunisation for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Pertussis, Diphtheria, Hep B, Polio or willingness to obtain, as per SA Health Worker policy is essential
