Job summary

Gourmet Meals on the Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated production support team member to assist with daily food production, packaging, and hygiene in a fast-paced setting.

You will help maintain clean processing areas, comply with HACCP standards, and support stock handling and early start shifts from Monday to Friday, 5:00am, 25–35 hours per week. Full training provided with opportunities to grow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food production processes, including production line and packaging
• Prepare, portion, and handle food products according to production requirements
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic production environment
• Clean and sanitise production equipment, workstations, tools, and processing areas
• Complete scheduled cleaning and sanitation tasks in accordance with company procedures
• Assist with stock handling, ingredient preparation, and general production duties as required
• Follow strict food safety procedures and comply with HACCP requirements at all times
• Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and contribute to a safe working environment
• Support the team in meeting daily production targets while maintaining product quality standards
