Job summary

Kitchen Food Company is seeking a Food Process Operative to assist in preparing, cooking, packaging, and quality control of food products. You will ensure production standards, safety guidelines, and hygiene practices are strictly followed to deliver high-quality items efficiently.

Responsibilities include operating production equipment, following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, labeling finished goods, and supporting inventory while collaborating with the team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices within the food industry.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production guidelines.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of food products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area including tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety and health regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
• Pack and label finished products accurately.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Read and understand production records
• Report any equipment malfunctions, people or food safety hazards immediately
