Job summary

Inghams Enterprises in Lisarow, NSW, is seeking a proactive Maintenance Mechanical Fitter to join our busy processing site. You’ll perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment to keep the lines running and safe.

This full-time role operates on a 5x8 shift from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with onsite parking and great employee benefits. We value curiosity, care, courage and commitment as we work toward delivering Always Good food.

Qualifications

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
• Follow health and safety standards during maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure reliability and safety
• Assist with plant upgrades, installations, and modifications
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used
• Follow workplace health and safety standards at all times
