Job summary

Baxters Foods Australia in Campbellfield, VIC, is hiring multiple Food Process Operators for full-time, on-site roles. Two shifts are available: AM 7:00–3:30 and PM 3:00–11:30, with flexibility to work additional shifts as required.

You will operate and maintain large-scale processing, filling and packing lines, maintain hygiene standards, complete daily production paperwork and work as part of a team to deliver high-quality food products.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in food production or industrial kitchen operations.
• Experience in food manufacturing or food packaging environments.
• Physically fit.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of cleaning chemicals.
• Australian work rights or valid work authorisation.
• Commitment to quality, safety and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and shut down large-scale processing, filling, and packing equipment
• Blending, mixing and batching raw materials for production
• Sorting and palletising boxes at the end of the production line
• Cleaning and sanitising equipment and tools
• Managing daily operations for glass jar filling, packing and kitchen areas
• Ensuring strict compliance with food safety standards and company policies
• Completing production paperwork accurately each day

We are seeking motivated Food Process Operators to join our growing team. Multiple positions are available across two shifts:

AM shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm

PM shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Applicants must be available to work either shift, however, be flexible and able to undertake other shifts as required.

• Commitment to quality, safety, and a strong work ethic
