Job summary

Patties Foods is seeking reliable Casual Food Process Operators to join our Osborne Park production crew. You’ll operate a fast-moving production line, pack finished products, perform visual quality checks and help keep a clean, safe manufacturing area.

Prior food manufacturing is helpful, but reliability and a positive attitude are key. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and be comfortable with shift work across mornings, afternoons and nights.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual handling.
• Full working rights in Australia (no visa restrictions).
• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery and equipment.
• Assist with production, packaging and line clearance.
• Perform routine cleaning of work areas to maintain hygiene.
• Carry out visual quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment.

The Role

We’re on the hunt for reliable and hands-on Casual Food Process Operators to join our production crew in Osborne Park. You’ll be part of our fast-moving production line performing a range of duties including machine operation, production, routine cleaning, visual quality checks, packing finished products and helping to maintain a clean and safe manufacturing areas.

The Person

Got food manufacturing experience? Great! If not, no worries — we're mainly looking for reliable, motivated people who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

You’ll Need To

• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Have full working rights (no visa restrictions)
• Be physically fit
• Be safety-conscious and switched on
• Have a positive attitude and work well in a team
• Be punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
• Be flexible to work 8 hours per day (or more if required) between Monday to Friday, including morning, afternoon and night shifts
• Have basic numeracy and English literacy skills, as these are essential for the job.
