Bankstown Sports Club's Greenfield Station Bistro is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to guide our front-of-house team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this hands-on leadership role blends operational excellence with people leadership across service periods.

You will lead shifts, coach staff, maintain service standards and venue presentation, while supporting rostering and planning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house in fast-paced venues.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate teams.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Confidence leading during busy service periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality environments.
• Current RSA, RCG and NSW Competency Card.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Food & Beverage Team Leader to help lead our front‑of‑house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at Greenfield Station Bistro.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this hands‑on leadership role combines operational excellence with people leadership. You'll be responsible for leading shifts, coaching team members, driving service standards and creating a positive team culture while ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader, Supervisor or ambitious hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

About You

• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or senior Food & Beverage role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Confidence leading teams during busy service periods
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and strong attention to detail
• Experience working in high‑volume hospitality environments
• Current RSA, RCG and NSW Competency Card
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Professional presentation and a positive, can‑do attitude
