Job summary

Ovolo Group in Williamstown, SA, is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Supervisor for a part-time role. You’ll lead front-of-house service, support the F&B General Manager, and ensure guest experiences reflect our upbeat, unique brand in Australia.

The spaces are like no other, with a fantastic team to supervise. This is a leadership role that will give room and scope to grow and have significant input into the evolution of our hotel brand in Australia. In this role, you will be assisting the F & B General Manager in running the show! This is a Part-Time role and will require flexibility in availability. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead the team from the front and represent not only the venue but the Ovolo Brand
• Training of new employees to ensure efficiency in everything your team does
• Coordinating employee schedules, including shift changes and absences
• Analyze all guest requirements and prepare plans to resolve guest-related issues and ensure they walk out satisfied
• Coordinate with various departments and ensure that staff set up and supplies remain according to departmental standards
• Prepare documents and maintain adherence to departmental standards
• Inspect the presentation of everything served to guests, both food and beverage

As this will be the hottest, hip, most sought-after place, you will learn, develop, have fun, and wake up wanting to come to work.
