Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to orchestrate seamless F&B operations across front and back of house, elevating dining experiences. You will lead a dynamic team, ensure brand standards, and drive profitability while maintaining high service levels.

The role emphasizes guest-centric service, cost control, and strategic collaboration with suppliers and regional teams to deliver memorable hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
  • Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, listening, resolving guest concerns with empathy, and delivering a positive and timely response to enquiries.
  • Develops and implements food & beverage strategies aligned with RHG's mission, vision and values, ensuring outlets meet or exceed brand standards.
  • Manages the food & beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance, and ensuring rosters, training and onboarding are completed in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring costs and inventory (including par levels, ordering and stock)are controlled and aligned with productivity and performance targets.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with food vendors, negotiating pricing and resolving disputes in partnership with Accounting.
  • Delivers effective programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control, including menu development, pricing and regular reporting on revenue, costs and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Communicates effectively with guests, management, employees and the regional office, promoting outlets through local advertising and public relations initiatives.
  • Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation, hotel policies and food safety requirements, where due diligence activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit.
