Job summary

Oaks Port Douglas Resort is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead a small team and ensure seamless service across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts. You will mentor staff, manage rostering, uphold hygiene and RSA standards, and drive guest satisfaction with menu knowledge and attentive service.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Food & Beverage Manager.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring a hospitality team.
• Current RSA certification is required.
• Warm, approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality guest service consistently.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Reliability and flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends.
