Oaks Port Douglas Resort, part of Minor Hotels, seeks an energetic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our service teams across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts. You will mentor staff, ensure RSA compliance, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Food & Beverage Manager.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a hospitality team.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Warm, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality guest service consistently.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Reliability and flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Description

Oaks Port Douglas Resort are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets while leading a small team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will oversee daily service, mentor team members, and ensure all service standards are met across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and support the F&B team to ensure professional, efficient, & high-quality service.
• Assist with taking guest orders accurately and ensuring guest preferences are accommodated.

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
• Rotating roster across Monday through Sunday.
• Split shifts may be required on some days.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Food & Beverage Manager.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a team in a hospitality environment.
