Job summary

Portarlington Golf Club in Portarlington, VIC, is seeking enthusiastic Food, Beverage & Gaming Attendants for casual shifts across our bar, bistro, functions and gaming areas.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced hospitality, be professional and reliable, and demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills. RSA is required in Victoria; gaming experience is a plus and we value a positive, flexible team player ready to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Join Our Dynamic Team: Food, Beverage & Gaming Attendants (Casual)

Portarlington Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Food, Beverage & Gaming Attendants to join our team.

The Role

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will help create an outstanding experience for our members and guests while supporting the smooth operation of our bar, bistro, functions and gaming areas.

We have a number of vacancies available across our hospitality operations. Experience in bar service, bistro service, functions or gaming will be considered, and applicants are not required to have experience in every area.

Duties may include:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Food and beverage service
• Bar operations and beverage preparation
• Gaming room service and compliance
• Function and event support
• Maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue

What We're Looking For

You will be:

• Experienced in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Professional, reliable and well-presented

Essential Requirements

• Current Victorian RSA
• Previous experience in hospitality, including bar service
