Job summary

JRM Hospitality in Sydney is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants, Event Waitstaff and Bartenders to join our roster for exciting events across premium venues, stadiums, and Luxury hotels.

As part of the JRM team, you'll deliver high-standard service, work across diverse venues, and gain valuable hospitality experience. Full Australian working rights and an RSA NSW certificate are required. Casual opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights.

• Experience in restaurants, hotels, events, corporate, catering, bars or similar.
• Professional communication skills and fluent English.

About the Role

From large-scale sporting events and concerts to luxury weddings and corporate functions, every shift offers a new experience - No two shifts are ever the same

What You'll Be Doing:

Depending on the event or venue, your duties may include:

• Delivering seamless food and beverage service for events and clients (tray service, canapé service, fine dining, cocktail events)
• Performing tray service.
• Carry 3-plate carry, and 5-plate clear with confidence
• Bartending and beverage preparation.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Follow service brief and adapt quickly to different collaboratively with team members.
• Representing JRM Hospitality with professionalism and a positive attitude.

We're looking for hospitality professionals who are reliable, personable, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.
