Job summary

JRM Hospitality is seeking energetic Food & Beverage Attendants, Event Waitstaff and Bartenders to join our team in Sydney venues. You will work across a range of client sites, delivering outstanding service and helping create memorable guest experiences.

Roles include waitstaff, bartending, and event support across large-scale events, concerts, weddings and corporate functions. You’ll join a supportive team, with shifts across Sydney, requiring current NSW RSA and excellent English

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, events, bars, hotels, or corporate hospitality.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Current NSW RSA certificate.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and professional presentation.
• Willingness to travel to venues across Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless food and beverage service for events and clients.
• Perform tray service, 3-plate carry, and 5-plate clearing with confidence.
• Bartending and beverage preparation.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team and represent JRM Hospitality professionally.

Responsibilities

Depending on the event or venue, your duties may include:

• Delivering seamless food and beverage service for events and clients (tray service, canapé service, fine dining, cocktail events)
• Performing tray service, 3-plate carry, and 5-plate clear with confidence
• Bartending and beverage preparation
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Follow service brief and adapt quickly to different collaboratively with team members.
• Representing JRM Hospitality with professionalism and a positive attitude

What You'll Need

• Current NSW RSA
• Previous hospitality experience (restaurants, events, bars, hotels, catering or corporate hospitality)
• Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• The flexibility to travel to different venues across Sydney
