Job summary

Swissôtel Sydney is seeking for multiple Food & Beverage Attendants (Casual) to join our Food & Beverage team. We are currently seeking for: F&B Attendant for our Executive Club Lounge; F&B Attendant for our In-Room Dining service.

About the role: Contribute to the operations of Food & Beverage department and provide support to the team and managers across the assigned outlet, ensuring efficient, friendly and professional service for all guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service.
• Experience in a similar role or luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Valid RSA competency card.
• Eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operations of Food & Beverage department and support the team and managers across the assigned outlet.
• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests, in house and external.
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the venue.
• Execution of excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards.
• Ensure legal and compliant requirements of the bar operations are adhered to.
