Job summary

Accor is seeking dedicated Full Time Food & Beverage Attendants (Lounge Runners) to join the First-Class Lounge Team at Sydney International Airport. You will deliver warm, attentive service to Qantas Lounge guests and help maintain pristine service areas.

Ideal applicants have RSA certification, strong customer focus, and flexibility to work AM/PM shifts including weekends. The role offers staff travel benefits, hotel discounts, and opportunities to grow within Accor's global hospitality

Qualifications

• RSA Certification required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Strong grooming and personal presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Able to liaise with multiple internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable service experiences for Qantas Lounge guests.
• Clear tables and maintain tidy, high-standard service areas.
• Develop skills in barista and bar with experience.
• Serve beverages efficiently using tray service.
• Clear glassware, cutlery, plates and crockery between courses.
• Coordinate with front-of-house, culinary and stores teams.
• Carry and balance trays with multiple items quickly and safely.
• Represent the Qantas Brand with immaculate presentation.
• Maintain hygiene standards for food handling.
• Promote a safe workplace by following WHS practices.

Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Full Time - Food & Beverage Attendants (Lounge Runners) to join our First-Class Lounge Team in Sydney International Airport.

Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

• Creating memorable service experiences for our Qantas Lounge guests
• Clearing tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy, a la carte service
• Experienced team members can also develop skills in barista and bar
• Servingbeverages efficiently using tray service, ensuring smooth and safe delivery to guest
• Tray clearing- glassware, cutlery, plates and crockery
• Working closely with multiple departments front of houseas well as our culinary and stores teams
• Responsible for carrying and balancing trays with multiple items, maintaining balance and speed
• Representing the iconic Qantas Brand, showcasing immaculate presentation
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
• Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices

Ideal applicants will have full flexibility to work AM and PM shifts including the weekends

Qualifications

Whilst technical experience is of importance to us, to be considered for the role, you will have the following:

• A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the strive to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive, intuitiveand efficient.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
• Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients.
• A high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• A positive team player and guest-centric mindset.
• MUST have full working rights within in Australia
