Job summary

Accorhotel, in partnership with Qantas, invites you to join the Qantas Club and Business Lounge team at Adelaide Airport. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional beverage service, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Ideal candidates are able to work a 7-day rotating roster including early mornings (0430-1230) and afternoons (1230-2030) or (1400-2200), hold RSA, and have Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• RSA certificate required.
• Australian working rights required.
• Willingness to work a 7-day rotating roster including early mornings and afternoons.
• Ability to pass a federal police background check.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables and maintain tidy service areas.
• Serve beverages using tray service and ensure safe, efficient delivery to guests.
• Carry and balance trays with multiple items while maintaining speed and balance.
• Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.

Job description

Join our team at the Qantas Club and Business Lounge, Adelaide Airport , where we provide our passengers with a welcoming environment and exceptional food and beverage service that exceeds expectations.

Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

• Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy
• Serve beverages efficiently using tray service, ensuring smooth and safe delivery to guest
• Responsible for carrying and balancing trays with multiple items, maintaining balance and speed
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
• Preparing Barista made coffees for guest, when required
• Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general OHS practices

You will have had experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, with both morning (0430-1230) and afternoon shift (1230-2030) or (1400-2200) availability.

Other requirements

• You must have Australian working rights to be considered for this Part-time role.
• Have a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
• Must have full availability
• Availability to work mornings and afternoons on a rotating basis
• Ability to pass a federal police background security check
• Must have a Probationary/Full Driver's License
