Job summary

Parmelia Hilton Perth is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver warm, attentive service across dining and events. You will work with the team to ensure guests enjoy memorable meals, smooth service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Based in Perth CBD, you’ll join Hilton's flagship property in WA, benefit from uniform provisioning, meals on duty, and access to global career opportunities while developing hospitality skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for guest interactions.
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining dining areas, setup and presentation.
• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage is preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Ability to deliver warm, professional service with guests.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including mornings and weekends.
• Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain where required.
