Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT, is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to live and work onsite at Mangata Bistro & Bar, delivering friendly and professional service to guests.

You will work across café, bar, and dining settings, use menu knowledge, accommodate dietary requirements, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience working in multiple food & beverage operations – café, a la carte, banquet and bar.
• NT certified RSA Qualification.
• Knowledge in coffee, wine, beer, spirits and cocktails (preferred).
• Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred).
• Have a good level of written and verbal English communication skills.
